Smoking
Our house is non-smoking. Smokers may enjoy their cigarettes outdoors. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Arrival & Departure
On arrival day the apartement is ready by 2.00 pm. Please vacate the apartment by 10.00 am on day of departure.
Conditions of Payment
To confirm your booking we require a deposit to be transferred to our bank account. The remainder should be paid on the evening prior to departure in cash.
Conditions of Cancellation
Cancellations are only valid in writing. There is no charge for cancellations made up to 3 months prior to arrival. A cancellation fee of 40% of your booking will be charged for cancellations made up to 1 month prior to arrival, 70% from 1 month to 1 week and in the event of cancellation in the last week before arrival 90% will be charged. Booking conditions according to Austrian Hotel Regualtions apply.
Travel Insurance
A booking is a purchase agreement. In the event of cancellation, late arrival and early departure cancellation charges will be made. Anything can happen (illness, accident…). Therefore we recommend you take out travel insurance.
